"We're looking for people who are moving sometime between June 6th and August 1st. We need people with outgoing personalities or unique, extreme taste in design - people who would love to be on TLC! Diversity is important to our show as well. We're looking for people from a wide range of socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds. Interested candidates must still occupy their current home as must the families they are either buying from or selling to. Candidates must reside in NY, NJ, CT, MA, RI, DE, PA or VA. All candidates should demonstrate a strong passion for design and should have plans to change the decor of their new home right away. Would you like the chance to “road test” your new home before you make an offer?
For the first time in America, you can have the opportunity to try out a house before you buy it. You tell us what you’re looking for in a new house, and we will match you up with three different properties. Then you get to choose to spend the night in one of the properties to see if it is a good fit for you and your family - and if you want to purchase the house.
Applicant Rules
1) We are looking for dynamic people with outgoing personalities who want to be on television.
2) At this time, we are only looking for applicants who are living in NEW JERSEY and are looking for a new house in NEW JERSEY.
3) Applicants must be looking to choose a house within the next month.
4) Applicants must be over 21
